Step 2: There might be intense competition for the most popular courses and students can select courses offering a clear career path. To ease the process, our team will guide students with selected list of courses as per their academic background.

Step 3: Once the course is finalized students should prepare documents as per the academic requirements of the course selected. A detailed document checklist for University application will be forwarded to our team. Students have to submit evidence of English language proficiency as per the course requirement and a detailed personal statement of purpose with their application.

Step 4: If the application is successful, students will receive Conditional Offer of Letter. The letter sets out the course enrolled in, enrolment conditions, the tuition fee need to pay, and the refund policies if the student doesn’t complete the course with that provider.

Step 5: The Australia Government has introduced a new system called Streamlined Visa Processing (SVP) which allows easing the visa application process and to reduce the length of the procedure. The pre-visa screening assessment is conducted by International Admissions of the respective university. Applicants should provide documentary evidence of financial capacity that is, they must have:

  • Sufficient funds to cover their living expenses in Australia.
  • Sufficient ongoing income to cover tuition fees and other expenses.

To proceed further with application students have to pass the pre-screening process by the University.

Step 6: In order to confirm the offer letter, students should fulfill the conditions if any and pay the tuition fees mentioned with the deadline date. Students should send a signed copy of acceptance of offer back to the institution. The University will issue Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and thereby students can proceed for visa application.

Step 7: After receiving Confirmation of Enrolment, students can start the procedures for Visa application. To know more about Visa procedures please check the Visas and Entry requirements on our site under Australia education.
